Member Clubs
The backbone of the league is its clubs. Each club is an independent organization with a well-documented leadership setup that manages its cricketing members. A club may be able to field more that one team. In these circumstances, for fair and equitable reasons, the club will be allowed as many votes as the teams the club fields in the league. So if a club fields two independent teams, then each of its teams will be represented in the election processes as separate entities.
Board of Directors
The Board of Directors are elected by the Member Clubs for a term of five (5) years. They are selected by the Members and vetted by the Election Committee.
They also serve as the Appellate Members in case of any appeals based on the decisions meted out by the Judiciary Committee.

Executive Committee
The Executive Committee manages the day-to-day operations of the League. It is also elected by the Member Clubs for a term of two (2) years. No Member Club can occupy more than two (2) positions on the Executive Committee.
Judiciary Committee
The Judiciary Committee members are tasked with the responsibility of ensuring those who are associated with the League in any capacity conduct themselves in accordance to the Constitution and By-Laws of the League. They are elected by the Member Clubs for a term of two (2) years.

Umpires’ Association
The Umpires’ Association is a quasi-independent body of umpires a majority of whom play and also umpire in the league. The Executive Committee to lead the Association are directly elected by the individual members of the League. The Association welcomes independent umpires from all over the country and also from other countries. The Vice-President and the Treasurer of the League’s Executive Committee is automatically elected to the Executive Committee of this body.
The League is managed by four bodies with different responsibilities.
